3 days tour from Marrakech to desert, tour from Marrakech to Merzouga desert. Discovery of the kasbah of Ait ben haddou and the Draa valley. Exploration of the Saharan villages of Tafraout Sidi Ali, Ouzina and Merzouga.
Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Agdz – Nkoub – Tafraout Sidi Ali
We pick you up at your accommodation in Marrakech and we leave for Ouarzazate. We cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n Tichka. Then we will take a secondary road to the village of Telouat. We will visit the kasbah of Pacha Glaoui. Then we continue to the village Ait ben haddou which is a ksar of Morocco registered on the list of the world heritage of UNESCO. We visit the historical kasbah of Ait ben haddou and continue to Agdz (a beautiful Berber village). After lunch in Agdz, our 3 day tour from Marrakech to the desert continues to the Draa valley at Tansikht. We continue to Nkob and Tazarine, and then head to the Saharan village of Tafraout sidi Ali where we will spend the night in a local house.
Day 2 : Tafraout sidi ali – Ramlia – Ouzina – Taouz – Merzouga
This morning, our 3 day tour from Marrakech to the Desert is reserved for the discovery of the Sahara. We leave to discover the dunes of Ramlia and Ouzina. Then we will discover the rock engravings of Taouz. Continuation to the Gnawa village of Khamlia. After lunch, we will go to the village of Merzouga. You will be invited to take a camel ride and start your adventure in the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Discover the high dunes of Morocco and enjoy the sunset in the Sahara. You will spend the night in a beautiful Sahara bivouac. Dinner around the campfire. See the stars if it is not the full moon.
Day 3 : The 3 days tour from Marrakech to desert back to Marrakech via: Toudra – Dades – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After the sunrise show and breakfast, we will cross the Tafilalt oasis passing by Erfoud and Touroug to reach the Todra gorges. After visiting the gorges, we continue to Tinghir stopping to visit the old Jewish quarter of Tinghir. We then continue to Boumalne Dades, we stop for a panoramic view of the Dades valley. Continuation of our journey back to Marrakech by the road of a thousand kasbahs via Kelaa Mgouna and the oasis of Skoura. Then towards Ouarzazate, we cross the High Atlas Mountains to arrive at the end of the day at your hotel in Marrakech. End of the 3 days tour from Marrakech to the Desert.
