10 days Ouarzazate Merzouga desert tour
Day 1: Arrive in Ouarzazate
We welcome you and transfer to your hotel in Ouarzazate. Dinner and night.
Day 2: Ouarzazate – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga
Departure from your hotel in Ouarzazate for the desert of Merzouga. We will visit the Kasbah of Amrdil in Skoura, then we will continue our journey to the Dades Valley. You will have photo stops in this beautiful valley. We will then continue to the Todra Gorges where we will have time for lunch. Then we go to Erg Chebbi in Merzouga. You will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea in your hotel. You begin your adventure in the Erg Chebbi desert . Camel ride to explore the sand dunes and reach the desert bivouac. where you spend a magical night. dinner will be served at the bivouac.
Day 3: Hike in the desert of Merzouga
After your breakfast at the bivouac, you will ride a camel to explore the dunes of Merzouga. You will visit a nomadic family and have tea with them to experience nomadic life. Then you will have your picnic lunch under the shade of the palm trees. After the rest, you return to the village of Merzouga. Along the way, you will admire the sunset in the big dunes, then you will spend the night in your desert bivouac. Dinner around the bivouac fire.
Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Tazarine – Nkob
After the sunrise show. You return to the village of Merzouga. You will take your shower and your breakfast in your hotel in the village. Then we go south. We cross Rissani, Alnif, Tazarine to arrive at Nkob, where you will have your lunch. In the afternoon, you will discover this village with 45 kasbahs, and you will spend the night in a very beautiful kasbah in Nkob (with dinner).
Day 5: Nkob – Agdz – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After your breakfast at the Kasbah. You will explore the Draa Valley. You will have several photo stops. We will visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, then we will cross the High Atlas Mountains and drop you off at a hotel in Marrakech. Dinner and night.
Day 6: Guided tour of Marrakech
After breakfast, visit the famous Jamea Fna square, then we will discover the historical monuments of the red city, the Badi and Bahia palaces, the Saadian tombs, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Excursion in the High Atlas Valley to Imlil
In the morning after your breakfast we leave for the Imlil valley to spend a beautiful day in the High Atlas mountains. Imlil is a village where you can rent equipment and mules for a hike in the High Atlas. You can enjoy a hike with a local guide to discover the charm of the High Atlas. Lunch in a restaurant in the village of Imlil, then return to Marrakech. Dinner and night in your riad.
Day 8: Marrakech – Essaouira
After your breakfast we leave for Essaouira. You will discover the extraction of argan oil in a cooperative, take beautiful photos of the goats on the argan trees. Visit of the medina and the port of the sqala, stroll on the beach. Dinner and night in a riad in the medina.
Day 9: Guided tour of Essaouira

Day 10: Essaouira – Marrakech Airport
